LOVE YOUR BODY & WORKOUT!!!

Love your Body and Workout to your best

FINDING BENEFITS TO THIS

Many people don’t want to do it, but what we fail to understand is that our bodies need this in our everyday tasks to maintain the longevity of our lives. Working out helps reduce the risk of diseases, improves mental health, reduces anxiety and depression, gives you better brain health, and stronger bones, helps you in your weight management, healthier skin, improved heart health and so much more.

So why are we so stubborn and or lazy to get these incredible benefits? It’s probably not a habit, which is the case for many people. Why work at something hard, when you’re comfortable where you’re at? I have found that working in my own home works better for me than driving to a location. I have found 2 amazing individuals that I follow and I do my workout routines just by following their videos on YouTube. If you want to get lean and build strength and flexibility Lilly Sabri is your girl!! SHE IS AMAZING! And the results are incredible. You can follow her workout routines here. Your mind will be blown and your body will SWEAT!

Now if you want to get into lifting dumbbells and work your entire body, then you need to follow Kaleigh Cohen. She is full of energy and the results are top-notch. You will sweat to death and build muscles you never thought you had. Follow Kaleigh here and start her workouts today.

STOP MAKING EXCUSES

God wants us to overcome challenges so that we can grow. Trying new things can help us grow spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially STRONGER. But we are encouraged to do our part. Stop making excuses, set an alarm on your phone, and start with 15 min a day.

You may say, “Oh but I have kids at home.”

Great!! Working out at least 15 minutes a day, not only is a good start to a healthy lifestyle but is also a great example for your kids to see.

You may also say; “I’m not motivated.”

Many people aren’t motivated to do this. It is a daily battle to tell yourself, ‘I am going to work out today. I am going to start small and make great changes.’

It can be hard for people to schedule time in their day to work out. But no one can do it for you but you.

EXAMPLES OF DEDICATION

This is my mom. She decided early in her marriage that she wanted to start working out to strengthen her health and her body physically. She changed her eating habits and started to work out to build strength and health. The long-lasting results have led her to be an active mother and grandmother, and best of all, an example to myself.

This is my friend Robin and she has come far on a new health journey physically and spiritually. She has become a health coach and helps many individuals on their health journey. It has pushed her out of her comfort zone and she has soared in great measures.

This is my friend Mel. This Goddess has surpassed the challenges of life. She would get comments from family members about her weight, which would bring her self-image down. But, those comments didn’t hold her down, she is stronger than ever before and knows her worth, and because of that has strengthened her health mentally and physically. I guess you can say, she is kicking BUTT!

My point is; that we are all different. We all go through different challenges when it comes to our health and working out. But, we shouldn’t give up. God will not give up on us, and we can not give up on ourselves. If you have made progress through your own workout journey and want to share your story through a photoshoot, you can message me here. Capture who you have worked so hard to become.

Keep pushing forward. Today is the day to make that next baby step and schedule a time to go workout!!

Hugs to you my friend-

Britney
